• Please understand that our talents have their own schedules, which encompass work or academic commitments, designated meal and rest periods, and allocated sleep hours. Consequently, they may not always respond instantly, as it's impractical for them to be available at every moment. Our talents are not suited for high-maintenance individuals and FSR demands.
  • If a talent is absent for more than 5 hours within a single day without permission, we kindly request that you inform us. In such cases, clients are entitled to compensation, which can take the form of an extension or a refund ranging from 50%-80% for that specific day.
  • We kindly request your courtesy and respect for our talents' time and presence. Sudden emotional outbursts or the misdirected venting of frustration towards them are not deemed appropriate. While we are open to assisting clients who may be experiencing emotional instability or difficult times, we have a zero-tolerance policy for gaslighting, manipulation, or unwarranted aggression.
  • Our talents retain the right to engage in self-promotion, unless you specify 'no self-promotion' in your form which is another paid additional. Please feel free to contact us if you wish to add this option. Additionally, talents may promote themselves if they so desire.
  • Should a talent offer additional services not included in your initial agreement, you are under no obligation to pay for them. Consider these additional services as complimentary offerings within the session.
  • Clients are permitted to express their feelings during sessions, but talents are not responsible for managing or resolving them. Any conversation held during a session should remain relevant to the session's purpose; going beyond these boundaries is not permitted.
  • We greatly value your contribution to our service through the submission of testimonials. I reserve the right to send you a reminder if it has been more than 3 days since your last submission on Padlet.
  • In the event of any issues, we kindly request that you communicate directly with us to facilitate a resolution. Avoid disseminating rumors without first making an effort to address the issue. I maintain a neutral stance, extending impartiality to both talents and clients. If necessary, I can mediate with other involved parties.
  • Talents have the authority to terminate a session without offering a refund or further explanation if clients fail to adhere to our regulations—The Dollhouse’s regulations, the talents’ regulations, and the Rent World’s basic regulations.
